Prop Asset Migration Research: Reconcile Expected and Credited Units
A migration ratio defines an expected conversion under stated conditions. An actual credited amount is a separate ledger observation. Preserve both so a shortfall or unresolved remainder can be described without inventing its cause.

Keep entitlement and credit in different fields
Record original asset ID, eligible quantity, ratio direction, replacement asset ID and relevant cutoff. Eligibility conditions and actual credited movements need their own evidence. A ticker match alone does not establish either asset identity or entitlement.
For a fictional ratio of 2 replacement units per eligible old unit,37 old units imply 74 replacement units under that teaching rule. The expected number does not prove that any provider has credited 74 or supports the described assets.
Reconcile a fictional posted amount
Suppose the supplied service ledger credits 73.5 replacement units. The arithmetic difference from the modeled 74 is 0.5. Retain that difference without assigning it to a fee, rounding or eligibility exclusion unless the actual source supplies that reason.
If another 0.5 credit later appears, match it by unique movement ID and source before closing the discrepancy. Do not rewrite the original 73.5 entry to hide the later movement. A reporting valuation would require an explicit dated price after the quantity reconciliation.
| Record | Calculation or amount | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Eligible old quantity | 37 | Teaching input |
| Replacement ratio | 2 per old unit | Expected 74 |
| Supplied credited movement | 73.5 | Observed example credit |
| Unresolved difference | 74−73.5 =0.5 | Cause not supplied |
Keep account performance separate
The related resource preserves this site’s migration-credit method. An Australian diary can help place the entries in order, but cannot establish value, eligibility or a trading gain. Evaluation status requires the actual account records and applicable programme conditions.
The optional sponsored HashHedge link offers current product information. No migration is announced or performed, and no token or account result is verified. The worked example is a reconciliation of expected and observed teaching quantities, not a promised return.
